By downloading, accessing, or using DIANA, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not download, access, or use the template.

The template may include:
A Framer remix link

3. Eligibility and Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you access or use DIANA on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. Free Access
DIANA is currently provided free of charge. You do not need to make a payment or enter a paid subscription with NEON FOUNDRY LTD to access the template.
Access may be offered through an official download page, a Framer remix link, or another method stated on the official DIANA page.
Free access to DIANA does not include any fees charged separately by Framer, a domain registrar, hosting provider, plugin, font provider, or other third party.
We may refuse, suspend, or withdraw new access where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised redistribution, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Digital Delivery
DIANA is supplied electronically.
Access may be provided through:
A confirmation email
A download page
A Framer remix link
An official Framer or Neon Foundry access page
Another delivery method stated on the official template page
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder.
Contact support@neonfoundry.net if an official access method does not work within a reasonable period.
6. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
A compatible Framer account
A supported web browser and device
A suitable internet connection
Any third-party accounts or subscriptions required to publish or operate the website
Access to DIANA does not include a Framer subscription, domain name, website hosting, third-party software, paid fonts, external integrations, or other services unless expressly stated.
7. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NEON FOUNDRY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DIANA for one website.
You may use that website for:
Your own personal or commercial project; or
One client project
You may customise the template’s text, colours, images, layouts, components, and branding for the licensed website.
The licence does not transfer ownership of DIANA or its underlying design system, components, structure, or original materials.
8. Licence Restrictions
You must not:
Resell or redistribute the original template
Share, publish, or give away the Framer remix link
Upload the template to another marketplace, library, or template directory
Sublicense the template as a standalone product
Make the template available for others to copy or remix
Claim ownership of the original DIANA template
Remove proprietary notices where they are intended to remain
Use DIANA in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights
Repackage a modified version primarily for resale as another template
You may transfer the completed website to the single client for whom it was created. The client may use that finished website but may not redistribute or resell the underlying template.
A separate licence is required for each additional website or client project unless the official template page expressly permits multiple uses. Free access does not remove this restriction.
9. Demo Content and Third-Party Assets
Names, companies, testimonials, statistics, team members, logos, photographs, and other content shown in the demo may be fictional, illustrative, or supplied as placeholders.
You are responsible for replacing demo content before publishing your website and for ensuring that you have permission to use all:
Images and videos
Fonts
Logos and trademarks
Written content
Testimonials
Third-party integrations
External scripts and services
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ licence terms.
10. Intellectual Property
DIANA, including its original layouts, components, visual design, branding, graphics, text, code, interactions, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to NEON FOUNDRY LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
Your own branding, content, images, and materials remain yours.
11. Updates
Updates, when offered, may be made available free of charge at our discretion while DIANA remains supported and available.
This does not guarantee:
A particular number or frequency of updates
Compatibility with every future Framer update
New products or separately released templates
Custom development or redesign work
We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
12. Support
Standard support is available through:

Problems accessing the free template
Questions about included components

Basic guidance about using the supplied files
Support does not include custom website development, content writing, third-party integration setup, extensive Framer training, or modifications made outside the original template unless separately agreed.
13. Free Template Availability
DIANA is made available as free digital content. There is no paid purchase or subscription for the template itself.
We may change, pause, or end free access for future users at any time, including where the template is replaced, discontinued, or moved to another distribution method.
If future access is withdrawn, a valid licence already granted under these Terms will continue unless it is terminated because of a breach.
You may stop using DIANA at any time by deleting your copies and removing it from websites you control.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
No checkout required
No payment or checkout acknowledgement is required to access DIANA from an official free distribution page.
Any optional third-party subscription or service you choose to use is governed by that provider’s own terms and cancellation rules.
14. No Payments or Refunds
DIANA is provided free of charge, so there is no template purchase price to refund.
This does not affect statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the template is unavailable, corrupted, or materially different from its published description, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to investigate or provide a replacement access method where available.
To report a problem, email support@neonfoundry.net with:
The email address you used to contact us, if applicable

We may suspend support or revoke access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.
16. Third-Party Services
DIANA may use or link to third-party services such as Framer, analytics providers, form services, fonts, plugins, hosting providers, or external websites.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, fees, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Availability and Changes
We take reasonable steps to keep our website, download links, and support services available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security issues, hosting failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, website content, marketing activities, and legal compliance.
19. Our Responsibility to Consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded
Any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law
For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you accessed or used the template.
20. Business User Liability
If you use DIANA wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data
We are not responsible for losses caused by your modifications, integrations, hosting choices, or use of third-party services
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Indemnity for Business Use
If you use DIANA for a business or client project, you agree to be responsible for claims, costs, or losses resulting from:
Content you add to the website
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your unlawful or misleading use of the template
Your breach of the licence restrictions
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence where you materially breach these Terms, including by redistributing, reselling, sharing, or sublicensing the template without permission.
Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, we may give you an opportunity to correct it.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the template and delete unauthorised copies. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
23. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Neon Foundry Privacy Policy:
Neon Foundry Privacy Policy
Framer and other hosting, distribution, analytics, form, or service providers may process personal information under their own privacy policies.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, our business, the law, or third-party services.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not retrospectively revoke licences already granted. Where a material change affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate.
25. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
27. Transfer
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms except where expressly permitted for a completed single-client website.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your statutory rights.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
